New customers do not see all the payment options. After a few orders will can upgrade your account to see more. I wish it wasn't like this but as an open site there is no way to protect our payment methods from bad actors and scammers. They ruin and get our payment options dropped.
We do not guarantee same day shipping but we certainly try to ship same day if possible. It all depends on how many orders are in front of us. We process them in the order in which they are received. It normally takes 0-2 days. Mondays are always extra busy as we have all the orders from Late Friday and over the weekend to process. Normally orders placed Monday do not always go out Monday. Please remember we are on the west coast so most of the time customers receive shipment emails later in the day. The cutoff here is 5pm for mail. So we have until then to get packages in the mail.

COMPLETE = ORDER IS SHIPPED, YOUR ORDER IS COMPLETE. A TRACKING EMAIL WAS SENT TO YOU. DON'T SEE IT CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER OR WHITELIST OUR EMAIL YOU WILL ALSO START GETTING TRACKING UPDATE EMAILS IF OUR EMAIL HASN'T BEEN BLOCKED.
CANCELLED = ORDER WAS CANCELLED FOR NO PAYMENT
(1) To use a Gift Card that you purchased or received you can enter it into the shopping cart gift card claim box. If you plan on holding on to it the best thing to do to keep track of one or many gift cards is to enter the gift card claim code in "My Account". There is a section called "Gift Cards" there you enter the claim code and it will keep track of it for you. When you are ready to use it in the future you can go there and get the claim code to enter into the shopping cart page or in checkout page.
(2) You can also enter Coupon Codes in the shopping cart page and can also be entered in checkout page.
(3) You can enter Store Credit if you have any only in the shopping cart page. Once you go to checkout you will see it applied in the order summery.
Two things have happened.

If you log in and go to your account you can see the current order status and any info or notes related to your order. This is the best way to know what is going on. Anytime we email you it will show the notes about it in My Orders
We are open 9am to 5pm PST Monday to Friday. We are on the west coast. The help desk is on the site for live chat during these times. Sometimes we are away from the help desk but you can leave a message. We also have a dedicated voicemail number were we get your voicemail sent via email right away. The bottom of the website shows all our business info.
We do work on Saturdays but not shipping orders. We do work in the cleanroom building stock and completing work on our internal processes.

Every batch is third-party tested by an accredited laboratory according to cGMP guidelines and our written specifications. Quality, Purity and Strength are verified before the release of each batch.
To ensure a clean product all batches are tested for heavy metals, ecoli, salmonella, total coliforms, entrobacteria, yeast and mold. We provide an additional step and pasteurize every gram of powder.
