The shipping address that was put down in checkout is where your order is being sent to. If you realize an issue or typo AFTER you ordered and trying changing it in your account settings that DOES NOT update the order.
Once you place an order with a shipping address it is on there and changing your ship to in my account only uses that ship to address by default the next time you are in checkout trying to place another order.
That is why it is important to also make sure the shipping address is correct and the apt or suite number if needed is added when checking out.
You can contact us right away to see if the order hasn't been shipped yet but if you received a shipment email the order shipped and is at the post office already. In that case you would need to contact your local post office with tracking number or make arrangements on your end to try and get the package. If the package is returned we can reship for an additional shipping fee to the correct address.
