We responded to emails and offline help desk messages during normal business hours and in the order they can in. 

When ever contacting us about an order we need your order # so we can look up your order.

Any emails to us should always have your order# for referance. If you ordered a day before and paid and are looking for a tracking number please

remember our processing and shipment time frames stated in checkout, the shipping time shown by usps in checkout is just the time they say the package will take after it ships. This does not include our processing time to ship. Thank you.
