Right now we don't just ship samples only for "testing" purposes. We hope the reviews not only on our site but facebook and youtube speak for themselves. If looking for a small amount a kratom tin would be the way to go so your not buying 4oz's.
One of the hardest things in this industry to provide customers! The options shown in checkout are what is available. Some options disappear once a certain amount $$ has been reached. Customers that are repeat we bump to another customer group and offer more payment options.
New customers we obviously have to protect ourselves from getting scammed ( which has happen many times in the past ). This is the industry we are in and is considered high risk to most payment processors and most won't even touch Kratom processing. This is also why we ask you to be as discreet as possible. This is a transaction between TKS and you, 3rd party processors don't need to know our business.
Bitcoin and Zelle are the preferred Method of payment but your more than welcome to use any method listed in checkout.

If you just recieved a shipment email that means your order has been shipped. The tracking numbers do not update right away. This is our biggest question we get. Please be pateint. Give it a good day, if you recieved the shipement email that means it has shipped!
Once your package starts moving you will get auto aftership updates about your package and where it's at. If you left a phone number during checkout you will also recieve a text message once it lands!
We are a cGMP compliant supplement manufacture following all the FDA 21 CFR 111 guidelines. This means current good manufacturing practices.
We have a 400 s/f ISO 7 cleanroom where all our products are processed and packaged in our 2000 s/f warehouse. All products are tested when they come in. Our suppliers also provide an ID test (COA) on the kratom we recieve from Indonesia.
We heat sterilize all our kratom for safety. We work with cGMP compliant suppliers in Indonesia and have qualified them thru our supplier verification process however we take an extra step for safety and process all kratom in batch ovens bringing powders to high temperature to sterilize them. This does not weaken the potency if keep under a certain temperature and done a certain way.
Powders are then transferred to large food grade storage containers while being screened. Having the use of magnets during this process also makes sure there are no metal pieces in the powder.
Each batch is tested for salmonella, ecoli, pesticide residue, heavy metals, yeast and mold. We follow AHPA finished product standards for herbal supplements.
Once products are packaged and labeled they are stored in a tempature controlled enviroment until your order is placed and it ships.

Please don't email us from a aol, hotmail or yahoo email also cox or att emails. Chances are you won't get our reply. Those providers block our email or they go to spam folder, if you do have that email provider just "whitelist" our email address. You can google how to whitelist an email address if needed. Gmail email is always best to use.
We are normally around during our business hours M-F 9am to 5pm PST. We are off on the weekends and orders ship in the order they came in on Mondays.
If you chose COD at checkout we will ship your order to the address provided. The postal employee will deilver your mail like normal however they will come to your door to collect the cash and give you the package. You must be home at the time of delivery. If it ships to a PO Box then you just pay at the counter to get your package.
USPS charges a fee to ship the COD package. I varies between $8-$20 depending on the amount they are collecting. We basically only charge a flat $10 fee to use COD. When you hand them the cash for your order USPS turns that into a postal money order and sends it to us. They charge $1.20 for the money order. We normally round down to the nearest whole dollar so you don't have to hand them change.
When the order ships we email you the amount needed to pay the postal employee and also an ETA. They don't carry change so the amount needs to be exact. The ETA can change, remember we are dealing with the post office they mess up all the time.
Please if you chose this method then understand what is involved. If they return the package to us, we lose the cost of shipping and can't get that refunded which is around $13-$25. If we have a returned COD then you won't be able to order COD again and we will need the cost of the shipping paid in order to send you another order. Thank you.

You have to wait till the order is fully paid and invoiced to get credit for rewards points. Once it is invoiced then they will show up in your point transactions in "My Rewards"
If you think there is a glitch and don't have rewards points after 1 or 2 orders that have been invoiced and shipped. Contact us. Thank you.

We understand Kratom is very subjective and alot of factors can effect how strains work. Finding a strain that works for you best is a big part of Kratom that is why we also encourage customers to try a sample pack when available first.

The best thing to do is log in to your account.
Go to " My Account" top right of website in links.
Then go to My Orders. You will see your order there. Click on "View Order"
It will show the current order status and any notes about the order. If your email blocks ours this is the only way to see the info we emailed you.
Like where to send payment or questions on shipping address, ect.
We do not guarantee same day shipping but we certainly try to ship same day if possible. It all depends on how many orders are in front of us. We process them in the order in which they are received. It normally takes 0-2 days. Please remember we are on the west coast so most of the time customers receive shipment emails later in the day. The cutoff here is 5pm for mail. So we have until then to get packages in the mail.
Please do not email us asking if your order has shipped yet unless 2 days have gone by. This only slows our order process down.
We are working very hard to get orders out. Messages or emails about when is my order is shipping will be ignored if it's only been 2 days. You will receive an email with tracking once it ships. You can also log into your account at any time to view the status and tracking number (if available yet). You can view your orders in My Account settings here
2-3 day priority shipping means once your package is shipped that is how long the postal system is saying it will take to get your package. That doesn't include the processing time.
Depending on the current workload processing time may vary from 1-2 days. So if an order is place after 5:00pm PST then the following day is when we see the order and the processing time begins.
All this was listed in checkout under the shipping method before an order is placed. The shipping method shows "AFTER the order is shipped"
Visa and Mastercard have banned kratom vendors from using their service ( all credit cards). Most new customers don't realize this and are confused why they don't see it at checkout. This is a very common question.
We do take Visa and Mastercard thru 3rd party providers like google wallet, pop money, circle, cash app, apple pay, ect.. You have to sign up with them and select the payment at checkout.
Please support the kratom industry by paying in a way that helps vendors. We have between 6-10 different payment methods. Once you are a repeat customer other options to pay open up. NEW customers don't see all the options to protect us from being scammed. (which has happened many times in the past and why you don't see credit cards now, they have ruined it for everyone else)
We do not have any control over the post office. Once we drop a package off it is out of our hands. Once a package is shipped and dropped off you get a shipment email. ( didn't get it log into your account and look under your current order for all details on that order).
That is why we offer our after ship program to keep you informed about what's going on. If your package doesn't move for a day or two it doesn't mean you will never get it. Please be patient and remember we got it in the mail on time, we are not to blame if it's late or missing.
We get emails blaming us for tracking not moving at least a few times a month. If a package hasn't moved for longer than 7 days contact us and let us know it's been 7 days. We want you to get your package and update all the way to your door but we have ZERO control over it after it leaves our hands. It's sucks, we know but what can we or you do? You can call the post office but that will get you nowhere. Trust us, it's a waste of time. They just miss place packages during the millions of packages they move a day sometimes. If after 7 days please contact us. Thank you.

We are waiting on payment or haven't seen the paid payment yet due to business hours or large order qty's coming in.
If your order is on hold more than 5 days waiting for payment it will be automatically cancelled ( except waiting on money orders, cash in mail, ect.. being sent to us). We don't chase and keep emailing regarding your order.
The biggest issue is your email is blocking ours and your not receiving our emails. Please log into your account and look under My Orders and find your current order for any notes posted on it regarding payment info. Thank you.
When your order status is Processing that means we have payment and it is being prepared to ship. Once it ships it will change status to complete and you will have gotten an email with tracking details. Tracking doesn't update right away. Please note COD orders will never say complete until we eventually recieve payment from the post office. Thank You.
